Redemption instrucitons: Step 1: Choose a De Vere Property Visit the De Vere website to explore hotels, spas, restaurants and experiences. Select the De Vere venue where you would like to use your eGift. Check availability for your preferred date(s) Step 2: Make a Booking You can book in one of the following ways: Online via the De Vere website choosing Flexible rate/Pay later date. Present your gift card 16 digit number at property when checking in. Over the phone by calling your chosen De Vere hotel or venue directly if you wish to use the advantage of Applause discount or Prepayable rates. When making your booking, let the team know that you intend to pay using a De Vere eGift. Step 3: Paying with Your eGift (Including Phone Payments) If booking or paying over the phone, provide the team with your eGift card number when requested. If paying in person, present your eGift (printed or on your mobile device) at reception, check-in, or at the point of payment. The value of the eGift will be applied to your booking or final bill. Step 4: Payment and Balance If your total spend is more than the eGift value, you can pay the remaining balance using another payment method. If your total spend is less than the eGift value, any remaining balance will stay on the eGift (subject to the gift’s terms and expiry date).
